Information we collect
We collect the information you provide, including your name, email, delivery address, order details, support messages and images or text uploaded for a custom design. We also receive technical information such as IP address, browser information, session identifiers and security logs to operate and protect the store. Payment providers process payment credentials through their checkout; our store receives payment status and transaction references and does not store full payment-card numbers.

How we use information
We use this information to fulfill orders, produce custom products, arrange shipping, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain account access and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. After a successful guest purchase, we create an account for the checkout email if one does not already exist, and associate the order and purchased design with that account. We do not sign a guest into an existing account merely because they entered its email address.

Custom designs and uploads
Uploads and saved designs are private to their owner and authorized administrators. Suppliers may receive the artwork and order information necessary to produce and fulfill your product. Guest designs are associated with the browser session until claimed through sign-in or a completed purchase. Clearing browser data can remove access to unpaid guest designs. Unpaid design files are subject to scheduled cleanup after 90 days; order records may be retained for support, accounting and legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing
We share the information needed to deliver the service with hosting, storage and security providers, payment processors, production partners, delivery carriers and email providers when those services are used. We may disclose information when required by law or to investigate fraud and protect rights. We do not sell your personal information for money. Links to Walmart or other third-party sites lead to services governed by their own privacy policies.

Cookies and security
Essential cookies maintain your cart, browser session, authentication and security controls. Blocking these cookies may prevent checkout or access to saved designs. We use HTTPS and access controls to protect personal information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your login and order-access links.

Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and applicable legal requirements. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to exercise applicable privacy rights. We may verify your identity and retain records where required by law, to resolve disputes or to protect against fraud. We do not retaliate against customers for exercising privacy rights.
